OK, first of all amazing staff absolutely friendly very helpful. They give so much information. I went to see nurse Natalie and I got lip filler and she was very gentle and she gave the numbing a good amount of time that I did not feel absolutely anything. This experience in here was phenomenal. I went to get lip filler I have to say the ambience was amazing. The customer service was spectacular. All the staff is super friendly and they were very informative and they were very careful. Also, the sanitation in here is amazing. I am completely satisfied with the service that I received. Sabrina did my microneedling and she was amazing! She made me feel so comfortable, explained everything before we started, and she really knows what she's doing. Phenomenal,  recently I was experiencing a severe cystic pimple that had become infected. I contacted this Spa for advice in panic, Emelia who I spoke to requested photos. Though they could not help me in my current state  I was referred to multiple dermatologists they trust — she stayed in contact with me for two weeks tracking my progress just to make sure I was okay. I've have Xiomin treatment twice now at Setiba med spa and everyone is friendly, the environment is clean and welcoming. I appreciate that they always take their time as I don't feel rushed! Since  doing any type of treatment was brand new to me especially as a man my current beauty routine was facial scrub and every once in a while moisturizer, this was really nice that they took their time to explain exactly what they were doing. I did the xeomin today with Madison and she is so wonderful at explaining everything that I wish to enhance myself, but don't actually have the verbiage or knowledge of. Madison is a different injector than I had the last time I was here and I still feel like I had the best experience both times. Everyone is so friendly, patient, happy to answer any and all questions, fully knowledgeable and supportive of the journey, not just a pay for this service goodbye moment. The front desk is so nice, Emilia is the greatest human ever, and a 12/10 for my birthday date with my boyfriend! So it's nice that they also have a great supportive space for men too!!! Excellent experience! From making an appointment throughout the whole visit and after the visit, it all felt personalized and as I am their priority! The injector ( too bad I forgot her name as it was my first experience with her) is knowledgeable and appears experienced! It is amazing how she noticed the slight asymmetry in muscle tension and corrected it! I am impressed how she prepared before executing, she carefully determined where the injection points are, marked them and I could tell she was counting exactly how many units each area should get! She wasn’t making sweet talk lol, she was laser focused on the task, explained clearly what she is doing and achieved exactly what I asked for! I strongly recommend Setiba! P.S. This was actually my very first facial, and she took the time to explain everything she was doing along the way, which made me feel so at ease. Got Botox and NAD+ shots here. Felt amazing a day after the NAD+ shot. I had gotten NAD+ shots in other places but didn’t really feel any different after. So I’m not sure what brand they used but man I felt 10 years younger. Happier mood, more calm energy focused. Loved it!!!  Will be coming back soon. Thanks again to the whole team and the nurse who was so pleasant and kind. Oh the place is really nice and well equipped with a bunch of laser and high tech stuff. The entire staff is So welcoming and comforting whether or not you’ve been to a med spa before. Rose was amazing handling all of the organization of appointments as well as being sure we filled out our waivers so we didn’t have to wait at all. Saba was so great at giving us a tour of the med spa and all of all the services offered and didn’t cut any corners nor turn down throughly explaining with examples any of the machines, services or additional questions I had (and I had a lot). Josh was really great at explaining the different types of peptides and enhancements that made it really easy to select what services would cater to my specific needs and desires for my body. Angelika made it so effortless, comfortable, pain-free, and was really kind about listening to the things I wanted to enhance and thoroughly explaining how she recommended we go about doing that. Emilia is so kind, giving and the whole facility is just so gorgeous and tranquil. Emilia gave me the diamond glow mini facial, and I was so surprised to see how many blackheads she was able to suck out! It felt so relaxing, and I already noticed a difference in the clarity of my skin, trying to get rid of the acne and dark spots, and I can't wait to get another session. Angelika was so insightful and really great at helping me decide how to sparingly use 30 units of Botox and make myself feel preventatively youthful, but also not be overdone because I really like to stay natural. She was so communicative and very thorough with explaining how the whole process will work since I'm not very well-versed in Botox and helped me decide on Zeomin. I have been a customer since 2019 and have had laser hair removal, lip filler, and a lip flip done by them, and every service I have had has been fantastic. Their new location is absolutely stunning, the treatment rooms are very large and spacious, but still cozy and extremely comfortable. Setiba Med Spa's nurses are amazing at their job, they are very knowledgeable about each treatment, always with a gentle hand and make the entire treatment process extremely patient friendly. Setiba's nurses have experience working on many celebrity clientele so you know that they have high expectations for their work and do an absolutely outstanding job each and every time. Setiba's customers are truly getting a celebrity treatment without having to pay astronomical prices, their entire treatment menu has very reasonable pricing. I came to Setiba expecting the usual med spa experience--pressured sales pitches, forced politeness, and the kind of energy that makes you feel like you're wasting someone's time if you're not there for the most expensive treatment on the menu. But what I found couldn't have been more different. My treatment was with Michelle, who was kind, informative, and refreshingly no-nonsense. She got right to work but always made sure I was comfortable, checking in often and making my experience feel genuinely cared for. After my session, I was warmly greeted by Rose and the other beautiful women at the front, who excitedly came over to see how my face looked post-treatment. It didn't feel transactional--it felt like family, thrilled to see how you were feeling and just as excited as you were about the results. I had the AdvaTX treatment done for my rosacea, and the results after just one session were amazing. My redness had noticeably calmed, and my skin looked soft, bouncy, and refreshed. And the price? She brought in a nurse practitioner to ask me questions about my skin condition history. If you have been hesitant to try Setiba,  wait no more!   I can't speak highly enough about Emilia and her talented staff, nurses and injectors.   They have the most updated technologies for skin rejuvenation and they go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and safe with the procedures.   I have had both Morpheus 8, Botox and Filler and I am very happy with the results.   Their Spa is beautiful and clean and they go above and beyond for all of their clients.  They regularly host special events and bring in the latest products for you to try.  Lastly, they really make an effort to make you look like yourself, only more youthful! This med spa is beyond amazing! Starting off with the welcoming staff to the PA Elizabeth. First time I was there was a month ago, and Elizabeth did Botox and fillers, and I am beyond happy with the results. With Botox she was able to change my entire face structure by narrowing my jaw. I heard about Setiba from a friend and purchased packages for Morpheus8 and Agnes a few months ago. I really can't sing their praises enough. My face has completely transformed. I still look like myself but more youthful and honestly healthier. My skin has a constant glow to the point where people stop me in the street and ask what skincare I use. Well - it's not just skincare! It's the treatments I've been getting at Setiba. Thank you to the staff and nurses who take great care of me every time I visit. As a man it can be intimidating to go to a medspa and find ways to improve your look without it being obvious you've done something drastic. From the first phone call I had with Setiba's front desk to the treatment and aftercare, I've felt comfortable and never judged. The nurses really listened to what I wanted to achieve and made suggestions on what treatments to get. It's been about a month since I got Botox and a couple facials and I look and feel great. I found Setiba Med spa 2 and half years ago and started with Bikini hair removal laser treatment. At 40 years old I was starting to feel depressed about the way I looked. Get older is not fun. My face looked tired and my skin looked dull. Then Emilia the owner suggested some  beauty treatments that were right for me. I did the plasma pen and a laser treatment, my face looks refreshed. My skin looks brighter, it Softened my wrinkles, tightened my skin, like a little face lift. I love my results. This the only med spa I'll ever go to. Emilia is such a wonderful person. i want to start with how friendly and knowledgeable everyone is at this beautiful Medical spa.  i have done several Morpheus8 and agnes to rejuvenate my skin .  i loved how Emilia made a treatment plan for me. i've got my membership with Setiba medical spa too. can't wait to go back. highly recommended.
