Pre-Filler Instructions:

• For a period of one to two weeks, avoid using aspirin, Motrin, ibuprofen, Vitamin E, Gingko Giloba, fish oil, St. John’s Wort, garlic tablets, or any other anti-inflammatory drugs.

Post-Filler Instructions:

• If at all possible, abstain from alcohol and hard exercise for a whole day.

• Makeup can be used to hide bruises. Examples are the Colorescience Corrector Palette and Dermablend, which are sold at CVS and Macy’s.
