From start to finish everyone is so kind and helpful. I did have to pay an additional fee for numbing cream (I'm just a huge baby and have a low pain tolerance) but it was absolutely worth it. Every single front desk person was so welcoming as well as the manager of the facility. The hair removal technician was also so sweet and put up with me as I had to stop a few times every session to catch my breath (again, just a big baby when it comes to pain lol). I'd say I have about 85-90% less hair now and I couldn't be happier! Will definitely come back for a "touch up" and other treatments. read less

You gals are rockstars and I can't wait to do more laser treatments! She puts Botox in my neck and that has given me a tighter jaw line - not to mention, your neck is the first place to give away your age so ladies and gentlemen don't forget your neck! The procedure for my legs and underarms was almost painless (but I have a high pain tolerance) and so fast that I had extra time on my lunch hour to go shopping. I only had my first appointment and am actually seeing results! I can't wait to do the rest of my treatments (I bought 6) and now I'm adding other body parts. While the numbing cream was in action I was able to enjoy the Massaging chair and Relax before the treatment Rommel, a board certified Nurse greeted me for my treatment and let me tell you he has the best personality and I felt very at ease. He made sure I was comfortable and checked the settings of the laser to ensure was tolerable. I was so nervous before the procedure but Marichu and Emilia, along with the rest of the staff made me feel more relaxed and addressed all of my questions and concerns prior to starting. Their numbing cream is incredible, I didn't feel a thing throughout the whole process, and it was over in about 5 minutes. Super quick and painless! I had some swelling but zero bruising which was really nice! No bruising means Marichu is very talented I cannot say enough good things about this spa and I can't wait to return for more treatments in the future! read less

Everything is always spotless, the nurses do a great job at explaining every procedure every time.
